Connie’s Tiny Kitchen is happy to reintroduce our knife sharpening service, though there are some changes to the service.
- We are processing knives on a drop-off basis with a 24 to 48 hour turnaround time. We will call once your knives are ready to pick up. We are sharpening Monday through Friday. You are welcome to drop them off any day, however the 24 to 48 hours does not include weekends/holidays.
- We are doing up to 6 knives for free with any purchase made in store that day (no minimum purchase), any more than 6 knives will incur a cost of $3 per blade. If you are not making any purchases, it is $3 per blade.
- We are unable to sharpen knives that are rusted, cracked, chipped or dirty. We also cannot accommodate cleavers or serrated knives.
- We are also now offering hand-sharpening (often suggested for Japanese knives). This is not included in the free sharpening service, and would be $10 per blade for blades 6″ and under, and $15 per blade for blades larger than 6″. Hand sharpening may take more time to sharpen than the standard 24 to 48 hour turnaround time.
